United by shared ownership and ambition.

United by shared ambition.

Different perspectives. One collective purpose.

Tenos brings together fire engineers, surveyors, consultants, technical specialists, and business support professionals.

Every person contributes something different. What connects us is a shared responsibility to protect people, maintain high standards, and help clients find practical ways through complex challenges.

Our work depends on technical knowledge, but knowledge alone is not enough. It also takes curiosity, collaboration, clear communication, and the confidence to challenge an assumption when a better answer may exist. That is the kind of team we continue to build.

100% employee-owned.

The business belongs to the people building it.

Tenos is fully owned by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The Trust owns the company on behalf of its employees, giving everyone within Tenos a shared interest in the long-term health and success of the business.

Trustees represent the interests of current and future employees, while the Board remains responsible for strategy and the day-to-day direction of the company. This structure protects our independence and allows us to focus on sustainable growth, technical quality, and the relationships that matter to our business.

We are not being built for acquisition. We are building Tenos for the people who work here now, the people who will join us in the future, and the clients who trust us to do the right thing.
