Paul is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with over 20 years' experience as a Finance Director/CFO, leading on growth and strategic direction, commercial solutions through finance, change management and leadership development. He has built his expertise within technology, construction, automotive and similar professional service companies.

Paul's key strategic responsibility is to ensure Tenos realises its ambitious growth plans through financial leadership, forecasting and management of operational risk.

In addition to his role as CFO, Paul serves as a Trustee Director, representing the interests of the employees and contributing to the governance and long-term stewardship of the business.
