Bebee oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing guidance and support to all. She ensures the business remains compliant with employment legislation, promotes HR best practice across the company, and continues to create a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

Elected as Trustee Director in June 2026, Bebee has proven to be a valuable addition to the Board. Her people-first approach, combined with her extensive HR expertise, brings a balanced and thoughtful perspective to decision-making, helping ensure the best outcomes for both the business and its employees.
