We are very excited to share the news that we will be moving to a new, high quality working space in central Manchester in August.
The move underlines our commitment to evolve and improve the business, providing for a more agile way of working, improving facilities and maintaining the office as a focal point for collaboration.
As Tenos is now an Employee-Owned Trust, the Board liaised with Trustees to canvass the employee’s wishes and review the business need. The majority view was that people wanted to work 1-2 days a week in the office in a hybrid model of working. Staff wanted continued flexibility and opportunity to carry on heads down work at home, but with collaboration-focused office space to ensure connection, knowledge sharing, mentoring, training and to ensure we still get the cultural sense of being part of Tenos.
