Richard was elected as Trustee Director in 2024

A significant part of each role involved client and colleague interactions requiring a measured approach to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery whilst managing colleague workloads and their professional experiences.

At Tenos Richard utilises his client experience and people skills to manage a team of engineers, delivering a variety of projects covering fire inspections and engineering advice related to fire safety in occupied building and building construction techniques. A key aspect of the role is interpersonal skills with colleagues to ensure the best working experience, and Richard seeks to promote a collaborative and engaging environment for existing and new colleagues to embrace.

Richard was elected as Trustee Director in 2024, and his objective was to bring his personal and professional experiences to help develop the existing culture at Tenos. His aim was to expand on the current healthy working environment and encourage others to successfully contribute to the direction and success of the business.
