Liverpool ONE
Engineering smoke control beneath a new part of the city.
Liverpool ONE’s large underground car park — approximately 60,000 square metres across four levels — created significant smoke-control and evacuation challenges, including extended evacuation travel distances.
Tenos used Computational Fluid Dynamics modelling to develop an advanced smoke-control system using jet fans, supporting a practical fire-engineered solution as part of the fire strategy for the wider mixed-use masterplan and concept design.
