Tenos has successfully been appointed as a specialist supplier of fire safety engineering consultancy and surveying services on the Crown Commercial Service RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 (EMS2) framework, which provides access to a wide range of services and solutions to support the UK’s public sector estate needs.
Tenos has secured a place on Lot 8c – PFI Fire Safety and Audit. This lot provides access to specialist expertise for example, fire safety surveys, studies, and strategic advice to support the operation and future planning of PFI estates. Services include technical due diligence to align with the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA) guidance. The appointment comes at a critical point for PFI contracts, with many due to expire in the short to medium term. The framework provides Central Government Departments, Local Authorities, the NHS, Blue Light organisations, education bodies and charities quick and compliant access to specialist services, ensuring procurement is compliant with procurement regulations.
Tenos is recognised for delivering risk-based, proportionate and practical fire safety solutions, carefully tailored to minimise disruption to ongoing activities within occupied facilities, while maintaining compliance. Working collaboratively with clients we aim to provide the best value for money and provide a comprehensive support package all the way through to contract expiry.
Tenos is led by a multi-disciplinary team of Chartered Engineers, Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Safety & Health Professionals and is widely regarded as a trusted, and longstanding advisor to both the public and private sector.
Tenos look forward to continuing to work with clients and fellow framework suppliers to support the safe, effective and compliant management of UK PFI estates.
